5. I wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience my son Jalen and I had at your facility back in March. I was sitting at my desk today and looked at the business card you supplied and noted where it says, “ A Healthy Smile . . . Begins at Birth” and couldn’t help but smile as I read that. The atmosphere that you’ve created at the New Pediatric Dental Care office is one that I have bragged to all of my colleagues at work. I love how you take pictures of the patient so that its not just a chart with a name. It is the best dental experience I’ve had in all of my 31 years! 6. I work with medical professionals all day as I handle the inquires for postal workers. Sometimes the staff at some of the offices I deal with are very busy and don’t take the time like your staff did. I know the girl who cleaned his teeth was in training, she did a wonderful job. My nephew is 5 and has never been to the dentist because he is petrified. I have already passed your card on to a woman I was talking to in another waiting room. Thank you so much for making my son Ryan’s first dentist appointment so easy. I have never sent a thank you like this for a medical appointment but really felt so good when I left your office. Ryan
